Cyrus for Minecraft

Minecraft plugin maker

Describe the plugin you want. Cyrus plans it, writes the Java code, compiles it for your Minecraft version and boots it on a fresh test server before you install it.

Plugins people make

  • Commands and permissions (/spawn, /kit, /warp, staff tools).
  • Custom items with abilities, cooldowns and recipes.
  • Mobs and bosses with their own drops and attacks.
  • Mini-games: arenas, parkour timers, capture-the-flag, survival games.
  • Server systems: economies, shops, ranks, join messages, scoreboards.

What makes the plugins trustworthy

  • You see the plan before anything is built, and can change it.
  • The code is compiled against the real Paper API of your version.
  • A scan looks for unsafe code and known performance problems.
  • Test Flight boots a fresh server with the plugin and runs its commands; the result lists what passed, failed or did not run.

Limits

  • Server-side only: no client mods, no Bedrock.
  • Very large plugins are built in stages; the plan shows the stages and their cost.
  • A passed Test Flight is not a guarantee: you test the gameplay yourself before going live.
Step by step

Make a Minecraft plugin with Cyrus

  1. Describe the plugin in plain words.
  2. Review the plan Cyrus shows and change anything you want.
  3. Start the build: Cyrus writes, compiles, scans and test-flies the plugin.
  4. Install it on your server in one click (Nxeon servers) or download the .jar.
FAQ

Questions

Do I need to know Java?

No. You can read the code if you want, and change the plugin by describing the change.

Which server software?

Paper. Purpur is a Paper fork and usually runs Paper plugins, but Cyrus tests on Paper only. Spigot, CraftBukkit and Folia are not targeted.

Can I change a plugin later?

Yes. Describe the change; Cyrus makes a new version and keeps the old one so you can roll back.

Do my players need to install anything?

No. Plugins made with Cyrus run on the server (Cyrus tests on Paper; Purpur is a Paper fork and usually runs Paper plugins, but it is not tested), and builds are ordinary blocks, so players join with a normal Minecraft client.
