Troubleshooting

My build failed

Open the build. It says what stopped and what was charged. Cyrus already tried to repair it. Then:

• If it says the request cannot be built, adjust the prompt as suggested.
• If it says our side failed, try again. You are not charged for our failures.
• Still stuck? Use Get help on the build page. It sends the build with your message.

It says I do not have enough tokens

Check the estimate on New mod. Top up, switch to a smaller model for a simple mod, or wait for your plan tokens. See plans and tokens.

A studio is locked

The studio needs a higher plan. Open See plans. Your existing work is never locked.

My server is not listed, or says not ready

• The server must be a Minecraft server on your Nxeon account, and it must be running.
• Only Paper servers can take an install.
• If you just connected it, refresh.

Install failed or says rollback incomplete

Nothing is left half-installed without the result telling you. Read what is listed, then try again or roll back to the previous build. If it still says incomplete, send us the project link through Get help.

The mod is installed but does nothing

• Restart the server if the result said a restart is needed.
• Check the server version against the mod's version. Rebuild if it says outdated.
• Check for another plugin with the same command name.

Test Flight says incomplete

A required check did not run. It is not a failure of your mod. Run it again, or install anyway if the page allows it.

I cannot sign in

Use the same Nxeon account. Your Nxeon email must be verified. If sign-in loops, clear cookies for cyrus.my and try again.
