Motion and effects
Animation states, particles and effect presets for your items and mobs.
The motion panel lets you control how things move and what effects play.
What you can do
- Pick a preset (a ready-made motion or effect) and change its knobs.
- Build a small state machine: idle, attack, hurt, and what triggers each.
- Add events: play a sound, spawn particles, shake the screen.
- Scrub a timeline and run the simulation in your browser before building.
- See what is left out. Minecraft limits what can be shown, and the export panel lists everything that could not be carried over.
Honest limits
- Motion is checked on a test server. It is not yet checked in a real game client.
- Effects are built from what the game can show. Some effects you may have seen in other games are not possible in Minecraft, and the panel says so.
