What these mean
Portal: cyrus.my opens, you can sign in and see your projects.
Build service: new builds start and finish; a slow queue or an AI provider limit shows as Degraded.
Resource packs: the custom models and sounds download quickly and reliably on your server.
Mail: the mail server that sends sign-in, receipt and notification emails answers.
Wallet and payments: token purchases and your balance.
Private beta
Cyrus is in private beta, so some builds will fail and some days will be slower. A failed build that was our fault is not charged. This page updates every few minutes and shows only what we measure automatically (a check every minute to every five minutes from our own servers). It does not show uptime percentages, because we have not measured enough history yet.
Something wrong for you that is not listed here? Use Report a problem (bottom left inside Cyrus: it attaches the build for you) or email [email protected].
